The CM190 system is a complete analytical system capable of measuring both organic and non-organic surface carbon. Applications include cold rolled steel surfaces, silicon wafers & substrates, galvanized & aluminum surfaces, catalysts, and glass. By combining CM5380 Dual Zone High-Temperature Oxidation Furnace and a highly sensitive CO₂ detector, the CM190 provides a direct measurement of both organic and non-organic surface carbon levels without the need for calibration using difficult-to-obtain surface carbon standards.
